This 6 week course is in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This course is particularly geared towards those experiencing a degree of depression or anxiety but will benefit anyone that would like to find some space in their busy lives. The MBCT course is based on a very well researched format and is widely recognised and endorsed by organisations like the British Mindfulness Institute and the UK Mindfulness Network.
Please come and us for a day of mindful eating, yin yoga and a candlelit mindfulness practice. Food will be courtesy of Feed Me Momma and we hope the day will be an opportunity for you to detox and explore a new relationship with food.
